Prepárate para DIG DEEPER en 30 minutos con el nuevo miniprograma DIG DEEPER:30 de Shaun T.

Esta nueva extensión de DIG DEEPER incluye seis rutinas de 30 minutos, con cinco rutinas de entrenamiento de fortalecimiento enfocadas en distintos grupos musculares además de una nueva rutina de cardio constante que hace bombear el corazón sin saltar.

Es una forma rápida y eficaz de desarrollar músculo, estimular tu metabolismo y quemar grasa para obtener resultados notables.

¿Por qué debería probar DIG DEEPER:30?

DIG DEEPER:30 es para todos que amaron el programa DIG DEEPER de Shaun T y quieren mejorar sus resultados, o para los que quieren probar el programa de entrenamiento de fortalecimiento pero no están listos aún para comprometerse a las 12 semanas completas.

Ya que las rutinas son de solo 30 minutos, es una buena manera de hacer una rutina si no tienes el tiempo para una rutina DIG DEEPER de tiempo completo.
