We all know how tough it can be to show up for ourselves—especially when life gets busy or motivation dips. But what if this time, your workouts could do more than help you feel stronger?

Starting October 15, we’re inviting you to join the Love Your BODi 10-Workout Challenge*: a movement to recommit to your health and raise support for a cause close to our hearts—Save a Warrior, a non-profit organization that provides life-saving support for veterans, first responders, and others facing post-traumatic stress.

It’s a powerful way to build momentum in your own journey, inspire those around you, and together, make a real difference.


Here’s How It Works

    • Commit to 10 Workouts.
      Complete any 10 BODi workouts between October 15 and November 16, 2025. Choose your favorite programs or explore something new—every workout counts.
    • Connect & Celebrate Together.
      Join the free Challenge Room inside the BODi Experience Community to stay motivated, share wins, and take part in a fun points-based community challenge designed to keep the energy high.
    • Make an Impact.
      For every participant who completes all 10 workouts, BODi will donate $5 to Save a Warrior—up to $25,000 USD. Each sweat session helps you reach your goals and supports those who’ve served our country.
    • Earn the Limited-Edition BODi Badge.
      When you complete all 10 workouts, you’ll unlock the exclusive “Love Your BODi” limited-edition badge—a symbol of your dedication, strength, and compassion.

Fuel Your Challenge with Tony Horton’s Power of 4

There’s no better way to kick off your challenge than with something fresh. On October 15, the same day the challenge begins, BODi legend Tony Horton drops his brand-new program—Power of 4—in the BODi Member Library.

Whether you choose Power of 4 or any other workout in our library, every session moves you closer to your 10-workout goal.
